Raices Cyber Org

Raices Cyber Org is the first nonprofit for Hispanic, Latina, Latino, LatinX, and Allies in Cyber Security. Our mission is to encourage greater representation in the field of Cyber / Cybersecurity increase the number of Hispanic and Latino professionals, from the 4% of representation in security professions that that currently have. Through Education, support and mentorship, and global network of support. Raices Cyber Org is the creator and host of RaicesCon.org the Conference, Summit, and Awards Gala.

Raices Cyber Org's mission is to empower, inspire, and champion individuals from diverse communities, including but not limited to Hispanic, Latino, Latina, and Latinx, fostering increased representation in the cyber workforce.

We are dedicated to providing accessible education, valuable resources, comprehensive training, mentorship, and awareness about the critical significance of cybersecurity. By doing so, we aim to create an inclusive pipeline that amplifies the presence of various communities in the cybersecurity workforce, promoting diversity and ensuring equal opportunities for all.
